Refund and Returns Policy

At oXvint, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and we’re here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines when and how you can return a product and how refunds are processed.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window, starting from the date you receive the order.

You may request a return only under the following conditions:

  You received a damaged or defective product

  The product is different from what you ordered

  The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

Returns will not be accepted if:

  The item has been worn or used

  Tags, labels, or original packaging is missing

  The return request is made after 7 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  Email us at contact@oxvint.com within 7 days of delivery

  Mention your Order ID, issue, and attach clear photos/videos of the product showing the problem

  Our support team will review the request and, if eligible, arrange a free reverse pickup from your address

Return Pickup & Shipping Charges

  We offer FREE return pickup via our courier partner.

  You don’t need to pay anything for returning the item.

  Ensure the product is packed securely in its original condition for pickup.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refund will be credited to your original payment method, such as:

  UPI / Bank Transfer

  Debit/Credit Card

  Wallet / Net Banking

We do not offer refunds to alternate accounts or wallets.

Non-Returnable Items

  Currently, we do not sell personalized or custom-made products, so all orders are eligible under standard return policy if damaged or wrong.

Replacements

  We do not offer product replacements at this time. 

  If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, you can return it for a full refund and place a new order separately.

Cancellation Policy

  Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, if it has not yet been dispatched.

  After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel, please email contact@oxvint.com with your Order ID as soon as possible.
