How do I place an order?
Go to the product page, click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now", and complete the checkout process.
How do I cancel my order?
Go to your "My Orders" section and click the "Cancel Order" button within 2 hours of placing the order (if not yet dispatched).
What kind of products does oXvint offer?
We offer a curated selection of fashion clothing. Jewelry will be added soon. All products are chosen for quality, comfort, and style.
Are the product images accurate?
Yes, all images shown are of actual products. Minor color differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
Do you offer customization?
No, we currently do not offer customized or personalized items.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and other major prepaid options. All transactions are securely processed.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No, we currently support only prepaid orders via secure online payment methods.
Can I cancel my order after it's placed?
Yes, within 2 hours of placing the order and before it is dispatched.

Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we ship PAN India via trusted courier partners like Delhivery, India Post, and Shiprocket.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking ID on email.
Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer Free Shipping on all orders. No minimum order value is required.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, only if the item is defective, unused, and in original packaging.
How do I request a return?
Email us at contact@oxvint.com with your Order ID and reason for return. We'll arrange a free pickup.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
No, return shipping is free for eligible returns.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
