At oXvint, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across India. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 working days from the date of successful payment confirmation.
Once your order is packed and handed over to the courier partner, we will send you an email with a tracking link to follow the delivery status.
Delivery Timeframe
We deliver PAN India through trusted courier partners: Delhivery, Shiprocket, and India Post.
Estimated Delivery Time:
All India (Including Metro, Tier 2/3 & Remote Areas):
Delivery within 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
Please note:
Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, strikes, or natural events.
Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping Charges
We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders, with no minimum cart value condition.
You will not be charged any additional delivery fee at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email.
You can track your order in two ways:
Via Email: Click on the tracking link sent to your email after dispatch.
Via Website: Visit our Track Your Order page and enter your Order ID or Tracking Number to view real-time delivery status.

Delivery Address & Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order.
If a package is returned to us due to:
An incomplete or incorrect address
Non-availability of recipient
Then re-shipping can be done only after confirming the correct details via email.
Undelivered / Lost Packages
If your package gets delayed, lost, or returned, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
If the shipment cannot be delivered, a full refund or replacement will be provided as per your preference.
Delivery Restrictions
Currently, we ship only within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
We do not deliver to government-restricted or no-delivery areas (as marked by the courier partners).
Product Packaging
All products are packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
In case you receive a damaged or opened package, please take photos/videos before opening and contact us immediately.
